2018 was not only a momentous year for the Eurazeo PME teams, but was also marked by a reorganization of the Executive Board, reflecting the strategy and managerial diversity sought by the Supervisory Board.

Odealim, joint ownership insurance broker
Over the past two years, the company has also accelerated its digital transformation with the creation of an online services offering and the launch of an innovative and powerful management space for its customers. Odealim was sold in 2018.

Our financial performance
The managed portfolio value was €560M. Eurazeo PME consolidated revenue totaled €1,258M for the year ended December 31, 2018 while the consolidated EBITDA of the portfolio companies stood at €154M.
